Hubris' Definition Continued II

Hubris, as applied to in this scenario, is the thing in which people stop truely communicating becuase one person(s) considers their opinion superior to other opinion, and goes so far as to think their opinion is "truth."
While this may be one element of Hubris, this is also true for beliefs, faiths, ego, and everything else that intrisicly prevents a person or body of people from "truely communicating."
Also, what is "true communication"? This should be further considered, defined, and explicated.

Finially Anti-Hubris
Posted February 14th, 2007 by HubrisKillerI'm sick of the "underdogs" becoming jerks as soon as they're on top. I'm sick of societies, individuals, cultures, sub-cultures, nations, corporations, etc. treating each other with such disrespect. Though the meaning of hubris ranges from inflated ego to the point of being a bullheaded ass, to outright malicious violence (malicious violence being much closer to "hubris" greek roots), it should be fought off at all levels and all areas of life.
This is the opportunity I've been looking for to find anti-hubris to balance hubris.
