Hubris' Definition Continued (more like ongoing)

Hubris, as applied to in this scenario, is the thing in which people stop truely communicating becuase one person(s) considers their opinion superior to other opinion, and goes so far as to think their opinion is "truth."

Expand the Definition of Hubris
It seems you're focusing too much on the traditional "greek" meaning of hubris & not enough on the modern meanings.

I'm glad you're taking into account the roots of the definition of Hubris. Colloquial use of any word is a moving target & paying attention to the roots will always help with modern meaning. Keep up the good work & I like the new site!
